Plagiarism Policy
The Indonesian Journal of Nursing & Health Care (IJNHC) is committed to maintaining academic integrity and ensuring that submitted manuscripts meet appropriate standards of originality.
PLAGIARISM CHECK
All submitted manuscripts are screened using Turnitin or an equivalent similarity-detection system as part of the journal's research integrity and editorial screening process.
Similarity Assessment
A manuscript with a similarity score of less than 30% may proceed to further editorial assessment, subject to the results of the similarity report and editorial evaluation.
Important Note
The similarity percentage is used as a screening indicator and is not, by itself, a determination of plagiarism. The editorial team may examine the similarity report in detail to distinguish legitimate overlap, such as references, standard terminology, methodological expressions, and properly cited quotations, from inappropriate or unattributed use of other sources.
Below 30%
The manuscript may proceed to the next stage of editorial assessment, subject to the quality of the similarity report and other journal requirements.
30% or Higher
The manuscript may be returned to the authors for revision or may receive further editorial assessment depending on the nature and sources of the identified similarities.
