Scope

IJNHC publishes original research articles, systematic and other evidence-based reviews, case studies or case series, concept analyses, brief communications, meta-analyses, and other scholarly works relevant to nursing, health care, and related health sciences. The journal welcomes contributions from researchers, academics, clinicians, practitioners, and other qualified professionals in relevant fields.

Peer Review

All manuscripts that pass the initial editorial screening undergo peer review by qualified reviewers with relevant expertise. The review process is designed to assess the manuscript's originality, scientific quality, methodological rigour, significance, relevance, clarity, and compliance with ethical and publication standards.

Publication Ethics

IJNHC upholds high standards of publication ethics and research integrity. Plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, manipulation of data, inappropriate authorship, undisclosed conflicts of interest, and other forms of research or publication misconduct are unacceptable and may result in appropriate editorial action.

Authorship and Contributions

Authors should have made substantial intellectual contributions to the research and manuscript in accordance with recognised authorship principles. All individuals who qualify for authorship should be appropriately listed, while contributors who do not meet authorship criteria should be acknowledged where appropriate.

All authors are expected to approve the final version of the manuscript and agree to its submission and publication. Relevant conflicts of interest and funding sources must be disclosed.

Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain copyright of their published work and grant IJNHC the right of first publication. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), subject to the journal's copyright and licensing policy.

Editorial Independence

The editorial team maintains independence in editorial decision-making. Decisions concerning acceptance, revision, or rejection are based on the scientific quality, originality, relevance, methodological soundness, and ethical compliance of the manuscript and are not influenced by advertisers, sponsors, commercial interests, political organisations, or other external parties.

Corrections, Retractions, and Expressions of Concern

When errors, ethical concerns, or research misconduct are identified after publication, IJNHC may issue a correction, retraction, expression of concern, or other appropriate editorial notice in accordance with the nature and severity of the issue. Actions are taken to protect the integrity and accuracy of the scholarly record.

Transparency and Accountability
