The policies within the Indonesian Journal Nursing & Health Care are as follows:

1. Submitted articles will undergo review by reviewers following the guidelines and journal format established.
2. The identity of the reviewer will remain confidential from the author, and vice versa, the author will not know the identity of the reviewer.
3. During the review process, each article will be evaluated by one reviewer to ensure its quality. Throughout the review process, the reviewer will examine all aspects of the article, including the title, abstract, discussion, and conclusion.
4. The reviewer will also assess the novelty and contribution of the article to the scientific literature, as well as check for plagiarism and ensure compliance with publication ethics.
5. In addition to providing an assessment of the article's quality, the reviewer will also provide feedback on whether the article is accepted, rejected, or requires minor or major revisions.
