The studies featured in this issue examine the factors influencing perineal rupture during childbirth at Makassar City Hospital, the relationship between prolonged labor and neonatal asphyxia at RSKDIA Pertiwi, and the impact of smoking habits on hypertension incidence at Puskesmas Kapasa.
Other research explores the influence of treatment-seeking behaviors on the risk levels of diabetic ulcers in the Sudiang Raya Community Health Center, as well as the relationship between information-seeking and treatment-seeking behaviors in pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the Pacerakkang Community Health Center. This edition features the latest research in healthcare, covering a variety of topics ranging from maternal health and infection prevention to chronic disease management. The studies in this issue explore the factors influencing the incidence of retained placenta at Lanto Dg. Pasewang Hospital in Jeneponto, as well as the compliance of healthcare workers with infection prevention procedures, specifically hand washing, in the maternity ward of RSAU Dr. Esnawan Antariksa.
Other research investigates the relationship between breast care and the incidence of breast milk engorgement in postpartum mothers at Batara Siang Pangkep General Hospital, and the potential benefits of music therapy in reducing complications in chronic kidney failure patients during hemodialysis. This edition also highlights a case report on nursing care for a hyperglycemic patient and the use of progressive muscle relaxation in the emergency room at Hermina Jatinegara Hospital in Jakarta.

The studies featured in this issue include a systematic review on the determinants of nurses’ turnover intention, as well as research on the effectiveness of modern dressings in accelerating the healing of diabetic ulcers.
This edition also highlights a study on the application of oral hygiene management using Betadine mouthwash to improve self-care among non-hemorrhagic stroke patients in intensive care, alongside an investigation into the relationship between psychological well-being and the quality of life of elderly individuals suffering from osteoarthritis.
