Publication Ethics

AJCS adheres to the ethical standards of scholarly publishing based on the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines.

  1. Authors’ Responsibilities – Authors must ensure their work is original, data are accurately represented, and sources are properly cited.

  2. Editors’ Responsibilities – Editors must make fair and objective decisions, free from conflicts of interest, and ensure confidentiality.

  3. Reviewers’ Responsibilities – Reviewers must provide constructive feedback, maintain confidentiality, and avoid using unpublished data.

  4. Misconduct Handling – Any form of misconduct (fabrication, falsification, plagiarism) will be investigated, and corrective actions such as retraction or correction will be taken.

  5. Transparency – The entire review and decision-making process is conducted with full transparency.

  6. Conflict of Interest – All parties (authors, reviewers, editors) must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
